We want you to love your Superga sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Superga box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
